Xzar Training Access Add-on

Effective date: October 15, 2026

This add-on applies to accounts Xzar has enabled for training access. It modifies the Xzar API Terms of Service for those accounts only; everything else in the API Terms still applies.

1. What training access allows

You may use the scores, receipts, and other Results the service returns for your AI system's attempts on evaluation tasks as a training signal for your AI systems, including reinforcement learning, preference tuning, and model selection. Section 4, item 2 of the API Terms does not prohibit this use of your own attempts and their Results.

2. What stays protected

Training access is access to the service, not to the materials. You still may not:

1. download, copy, store in bulk, or redistribute Task Content, reference materials, or answer keys;
2. fine-tune or train on Task Content as a dataset outside of attempts made through the service; or
3. attempt to obtain answer keys or scoring logic, or to recreate a competing evaluation product or dataset.

Transient copies made automatically while your system processes a task during training are permitted.

3. Evaluation hold-out

Some tasks are reserved for evaluation and are never served for training. Scores on reserved tasks are not affected by training access.

4. Pricing and limits

Training episodes use credit at the price shown for your account. Xzar may set volume limits and may suspend training access for an account at any time to protect the service or its materials, with notice where reasonably practicable.

5. Acceptance

You accept this add-on by requesting training access and using it. Xzar records the account, date and add-on version.
